Which data do we process and why?

Contact form and info sheet request. When you fill in the contact form or request the info sheet, we process the data you provide: your name, email address, your company name and phone number if you provide them, and the content of your message. We use this data only to answer your question, to send you the info sheet or to contact you as you requested. You do not receive a newsletter and we do not add your data to a mailing list.

Email and assignments. If you email us or become a client, we process the data needed for communication, the quote and the execution of the assignment, such as contact details and the content of our correspondence.

Website statistics. This website uses Google Analytics to measure how the site is used. IP addresses are anonymized in the process. We use these statistics only to improve the website.

Spam protection. The forms on this website are protected with Google reCAPTCHA. Google may process data about your device and your use of the website. See Google's privacy policy for details.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of the performance of a contract or the steps leading up to it (your request, quote or assignment) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in securing and improving our website.

Retention period

We keep data from the contact form and the info sheet request no longer than needed to handle your question. We keep data belonging to a quote or assignment as long as needed for the assignment and for the statutory retention obligation for our records.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data and share it only with parties needed for our services, such as the party that hosts this website and our email provider. We have agreements with these parties on the protection of your data. Beyond that, we share data only when the law requires us to.

Security

Secure Sense takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Information you entrust to us as part of a penetration test (pentest) or security audit is treated as strictly confidential. Confidentiality is a standard part of our agreements.
